Are you looking for dedicated interns for your residential aged care facility, nursing home, retirement village, or assisted living apartments? We have a pool of enthusiastic interns who are either enrolled in or about to complete their CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability Specialisation) and CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support.

Our interns are eager to gain hands-on experience and showcase their skills through 3-month or 6-month internships. This is a fantastic opportunity for your facility to benefit from their energy and dedication while providing them with valuable industry experience.

No Cost to You: There is no financial commitment required to take on these interns

No Obligation: You are not obligated to offer a position at the end of the internship

Performance Assessment: Observe and evaluate the interns' performance over time, ensuring they fit your organizational needs before considering employment

Streamlined Hiring: Reduce the time and effort spent by your HR team on reading through resumes and conducting interviews by assessing candidates in real-world scenarios

Training and Supervision: Our interns work 2-3 days (full morning/afternoon shift) per week to suit your operational roster. This allows you to plan in advance together with your current staff/supervisors

Interns can assist with various tasks, work different shifts, and collaborate with your team both on the floor and with management. This hands-on experience helps them learn and grow while providing your facility with additional support.
